Ahmedabad: The Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) on Monday released a mobile number for the candidates of Gujarat Subordinate Services Selection Board (GSSSB) to record their grievances against the State Government. The candidates could give a missed call on the number.
In an exam held for the non- secretariat and secretariat office on November 17, many irregularities surfaced and the Congress party released CCTV footage of candidates using mobile phone and copying from chits.
“All the exams taken under the BJP rule have classic examples of paper leaks. Even after the exams, the candidates have to give bribes for job and postings. We are trying to being all candidates and competitive exam aspirants for state exams on one platform to share their grievances,” said Amit Chavda, GPCC head.
“We are releasing the a number (07941050774) where candidates can give a missed call. We will ask three questions regarding their exams. We will stand by and support the youth,” Chavda added.
Chavda has demanded that the State Government reveal CCTV footage of all exam centres across the state. The Congress has demanded the exam be cancelled after irregularities were found. The exam was conducted to recruit 3,901 posts and for the same more than 10 lakh candidates appeared for test.
