Jaipur: Experts from India and abroad will discuss and share their experiences related to diabetes in a four-day 47th Annual Conference 2019 of the Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI) starting from Thursday at JECC. It will focus and discuss diabetes in detail in different sessions on its new research, experimentation, prevention and treatment in the field, said Chief Coordinator, Dr CL Naval.
Co-Chairman Scientific Session, Dr Arvind Gupta informed that the conference will be formally inaugurated on Friday by Chief Guest CM Ashok Gehlot. The special guest at the inaugural session will be Health and Family Welfare Ministe Dr Raghu Sharma.
Principal and Controller of SMS Hospital Dr Sudhir Bhandari, informed that the conference will have different sessions of discussions about insulin, treatment and complications, type-1, type-2, diabetes, urbanisation and dietary changes, diabetes in women during pregnancy.
