No anti-incumbency against our govt, we will form govt again: Gehlot

Pathankot: On Thursday, CM Ashok Gehlot reached Pathankot and took part in the ongoing Bharat Jodo Yatra where he walked along with Rahul Gandhi. Speaking exclusively to First India CM Ashok Gehlot said, “We have implemented OPS in Rajasthan and many States have also accepted OPS. We have implemented more than one scheme in Rajasthan. The public mood in Rajasthan is in our favour and there are no discussions against the govt. We all are working unitedly and we will form govt again. Every worker has the right to rally in the interest of Congress. Workers have the right to take out rallies and marches.

Our aim is to take our schemes to the public. The mood of the people in Rajasthan is in favor of the government and there is no anti-incumbency wave. Every worker and leader should take part in padayatra, rally and Hath Se Hath Jodo campaign. Many schemes are excellent in the state but there has been a lack of publicity. Congress workers should take the schemes to the villages through publicity.”

Earlier, Chief Minister Gehlot’s addressed a gathering in Ferozepur of Punjab and said, “Lakhs of people are joining Rahul Gandhi’s yatra. People are coming forward to join the yatra. Inflation and unemployment has increased. Rahul Gandhi has said that there is a gap between rich and poor. I would like to congratulate Rahul ji, such a journey has taken place after independence. A young man has set out on issues.”
