Sushmita Sen reveals suffering from a heart attack

Actress Sushmita Sen who has been winning hearts ever since she was crowned Miss Universe in 1994 recently went through a major health episode. The actress – who has been part of films like Main Hoon Na, Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya, Biwi No 1, and more, suffered a heart attack a couple of days ago.

Sushmita on Thursday took to Instagram to share that she suffered a heart attack a couple of days ago. The 47-year-old actor also revealed that she had an angioplasty done and has got a stent put in her heart.

A lot of her well-wishers took to the comments section to post get well soon wishes to her, while adding that she will emerge out of this sooner than expected. Fans also advised her to take it slow and take good care of herself, while calling her an 'inspiration'. 

It's shocking even more because Sushmita Sen is one of the fittest actresses we know in today’s time. She made a roaring comeback to the screens with ‘Aarya’ and the sequel ‘Aarya 2’ just made her even more popular. She is currently shooting for ‘Aarya 3’, which shall be streaming on Disney+ Hotstar soon.
