Soon after Vijay voiced his opinion against the 'Boycott Culture', he started facing backlash on the internet as a section of netizens began attacking him . Netizens began trending the 'BoycottLigerMovie' hashtag and demanded others to boycott the project.
With magnum opus movies like Laal Singh Chaddha , Rakshabandhan failing terribly at the box office Vijay Deverakonda’s attitude towards the audience doesn’t seem justified. Are these stars still taking the boycott culture by the audience for granted? Well we’ll know by the box office collections of Liger when it hits theatres on 25th August.
