Kartik Aaryan in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar?

Shraddha Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor play the leads in the upcoming romantic comedy Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar, which is directed by Luv Ranjan.

According to reports, Kartik Aaryan, who made his Bollywood debut with Ranjan and has collaborated with the director on four occasions, will make a surprise appearance in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar.

Kartik Aaryan will be the movie's biggest surprise, a source told. The source added that he is unsure of whether he will portray Sonu from the 2018 movie Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety again or if he will take on a different character. He claimed that Luv Ranjan is well recognised for a similar genre to Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar. The audience will just have to wait, he said.

The movie is slated for global theatrical release on March 8, 2023.
