Man who raped dalit minor held from Hyderabad

Barmer: In case of rape with dalit minor girl raped in government school’s bathroom, within seven days of the incident Gudamalani police in Barmer arrested the rape accused from Hyderabad. Police said that soon after the incident, the accused was successful in absconding and was hiding in Hyderabad. Police said that with the help of a cyber team they nabbed the accused. The girl was raped in the govt school’s bathroom on Sept 24. In this matter the victim’s mother lodged the case at Gudamalani police station area in Barmer. She alleged that on September 24, her daughter went to get the cow dung. In the meantime, the accused identified as Gopal Singh, who met her daughter on the way, suggested her that there is cow dung available outside the bathroom in the school campus.
