Mehandipur Balaji ke darbar mein...

Mehandipur: The Mehandipur Balaji temple is one of the most visited temples in Rajasthan and sees lakhs of devotees throughout the year but Saturday saw even more people with the Shrimad Bhagwat Gyan Kathayagya going on presently. Lord Hanuman is truly a Sankatmochan and nowhere more than in his manifestation at Mehandipur Balaji. Lakhs flock to his darbar.

On Saturday Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Union Minister of Commerce & Industry Piyush Goyal, Jagdeesh Chandra, MP Karauli-Dholpur Manoj Rajoria, BJP State Executive Member Bhupendra Saini reached the holy darbar of Balaji to seek blessings and soak the spiritual atmosphere.

LS Speaker Om Birla, Union Minister Piyush Goyal and Jagdeesh Chandra attended the holy ceremony of ‘Praan Prathishtha’ at the Sita Ram Mandir wherein Mehndipur Dham Mahant Naresh Puri Maharaj completed all the traditional religious rituals concerned with the life-consecration (Praan Prathishtha) of the idols of ‘Shri Radha-Krishna ji’ and led everyone in a heartfelt aarti. After this, Om Birla, Piyush Goyal and Jagdeesh Chandra along with Manoj Rajoria and Bhupendra Saini went to the main temple to seek the blessings of Balaji. Mahant ji gave blessing and prasad to all.

Earlier, Jagdeesh Chandra also met Mahant Naresh Puri Maharaj who welcomed him with a stoll of Balaji Maharaj & Jai Siya Ram, Chandra also presented a copy of the day’s First India Jaipur edition which had a charismatic photo of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the jacket, welcoming the PM to Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The Prime Minister visited Bhilwara on Saturday to attend the ceremony commemorating 1,111th Avataran of Shri Devnarayan ji.

Om Birla and Piyush Goyal, who flew down in a chopper to Mehandipur, immersed themselves for a while in the Bhagwat Katha before leaving for Delhi. During their visit, Bhupendra Saini and P D Sharma honoured them on behalf of various social organisations, Saini also presented them with a ‘Gada’ as a symbol of the blessings of Balaji. Piyush Goyal said that the Mehendipur Dham is a special place for the devote and pilgrims.
