Rathore corners Raj govt on smartphones scheme
Jaipur: LoP Rajendra Rathore on Friday targeted the Congress government over several issues including law and order and free smartphone scheme.He raised questions on the tendering process for the procurement of smart phones to be given to women while alleging corruption, and said the BJP will go to court after taking legal opinion.
Rathore along with Rajsamand MP Diya Kumari held a press conference in which two men from Rajsamand Shakti Singh and Prahlad who had helped the police in nabbing the two accused of Kanhaiya Lal murder case of Udaipur last year were also present. The BJP leader said that both were removed by their employer in Surat after the incident citing security reasons. “When the two had met the CM last year, the CM had assured them to provide security but it has not been given yet.” he added. Diya Kumari said that Shakti Singh and Prahlad should get justice.
