A case of fraud framed against Ayodhya gangrape accused Moeed Khan
Ayodhya: In a recent update on the Ayodhya gangrape case, a new case has been filed against the prime accused, Moeed Khan.
A case of fraudulent activities has been registered against Moeed Khan.
According to police officials on Thursday, it has been revealed that Moeed Khan had rented a hall and room to Punjab National Bank by giving a wrong plot number in the demolished shopping complex. The bank came to know about it after the Ayodhya Development Authority issued a notice. When PNB suffered a loss due to shifting the bank before taking action on the complex, the bank's Bhadarsa branch manager Shriprakash filed a case of fraud against him.
The case has been filed in Ayodhya's Purakalandar police station. A case of gang rape and gangsterism is already registered against Moeed Khan.
The Samajwadi leader Moeed Khan was arrested on August 1, as he and his housekeeper are accused of raping and blackmailing a 12-year-old girl who worked as a daily wage employee at Khan's home in Ayodhya.
A case has been filed against the SP leader for allegedly threatening the family of the rape victim to settle the case. Khan was arrested on Thursday for raping the girl for over two months. Later, a case was filed against the SP leader for threatening the family of the rape victim.
The Ayodhya administration on August 3 demolished the bakery of SP leader Moeed Khan, the main accused in the gang rape of a minor girl.
