Air connectivity increases for Jaipur airport, more than 50 flights operate

Jaipur: As the covid situation has improved, the number of flights operated from Jaipur airport has increased to more than 50 which was 20 during second wave of corona infection.

An average of 53 flights are being operated from Jaipur airport at present. of them, 50 are domestic and 3 are international flights.

The number of flights is expected to increase further with the summer schedule which will be implemented from March 27.

During the third wave of corona infection, air services for Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Goa, Indore, Lucknow and Chennai were stopped. Barely 1 flight was being operated for these cities in a week.

Flight operations were also reduced for Amritsar, Dehradun and Udaipur but now the flights are again available for 21 cities of the country.

Flight operations are expected to increase to 60 in the summer schedule from March 27.
