Air traffic: Jaipur airport lags behind Lucknow, Guwahati
Jaipur: Jaipur International Airport lags behind Lucknow and Guwahati in terms of passenger frequency. This time the tourist season is proving to be dull in terms of air travel. There is no visible increase in the number of air passengers. In the month of October, the number of air passengers was 3.89 lakh, while the passenger footfall at Lucknow airport was 4.46 lakh. The number of passengers at Guwahati airport was 4.50 lakh. During the tourist season, the influx of passengers is more from Jaipur airport compared to these two airports. However, there is an increase in the number.
