BJP’s masterstroke to rope in MP’s Sindhi community

Bhopal: Ahead of assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh due later this year, the ruling BJP has played a masterstroke to bring Sindhi voters to its fold by organising a Maha Sindhi Sabha in Bhopal on Friday. As many as 13 assembly seats are dominated by Sindhi community with a population of around 25 lakh on these seats.

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan gave an impressive address in the Maha Sabha through which the party is eyeing Sindhi votes in the assembly elections.

CM Chouhan made several announcements for the Sindhi community which plays an important role in the elections. Sindhi community had recently claimed to be with the Congress party. To bring to its fold, the BJP organised the Maha Sabha to unite the community in its favour. Last time, Congress came to power due to displeasure of Sindhis with the BJP.
