CHANDNA APPROACHED CJM AS POLICE CLOSED MATTER

Bundi: The property fraud matter, in which the Bundi CJM Court on Frid a y f o u n d former U n i o n Minis - ter and C o n g leader Bhanwar Jitendra Singh, former zila pramukh and Ashapura Mata Trust president Srinath Singh Hada and Jitendra Singh’s father-in-law Bijendra Singh guilty, was earlier closed by Kotwali police and an FIR was filed in it.

The complainant, Avinash Chandna, a Delhi resident, had then appealed in the CJM court, who summoned the trio with arrest warrants.

Earlier, the High court had rejected petition for quashing of the FIR. Senior Advocate AK Jain is representing Avinash Chandna in the High Court.
