Mumbai (Maharashtra): At her brand-new Bandra house, Janhvi Kapoor and her family recently had a griha Pravesh pooja. The actress has had a good journey so far, and the most recent news is a testament to how hard she has worked. Several images and videos of Janhvi's lavish Bandra neighbourhood duplex, which is valued at Rs. 65 Crore, have gone viral.

Her family and close friends, including Sanjay Kapoor and his wife, Harshvardhan Kapoor, and Reema Kapoor Jain, attended the griha pravesh puja.

It was previously claimed that Janhvi Kapoor had bought a luxurious duplex residence in Mumbai's Bandra neighbourhood. According to sources, Janhvi's home has a built-up area of 8669 sq ft and a carpet area of 6421 sq ft. The lavish duplex also has a garden outside, a pool, and five parking spaces.

The Kapoors paid close to 75,000 per square foot for the luxury house, which is worth around Rs 1.01 lakh per square foot. According to a GQ India article, Janhvi also paid stamp duty for the new home in the amount of Rs. 3.90 crores.

According to a different Indian Express article, Janhvi has reportedly joined the lengthy list of Bollywood stars who own homes in Bandra. In July of this year, she sold Roohi co-star Rajkumar Rao her luxurious triplex flat on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of a Juhu tower for a staggering Rs 44 crore.

The survival drama Mili, a remake of the popular Malayalam film Helen, which debuted in theatres today, has been creating waves. Janhvi Kapoor is said to have a net worth of Rs 58 crore (November 4).
