Gauri Khan opens up about Aryan Khan drugs case: Nothing can be worse

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Gauri Khan may not appear on the big screens like her husband, but she is a star in itself. The interior designer has always been one to speak her mind and her recent appearance on the koffee couch was no different. Gauri came on Koffee with Karan after a long gap of 17 years, with her first time being with her husband, Shah Rukh Khan. This time, Gauri walked in with her best friends, Maheep Kapoor and Bhavana Pandey. While she shared about her experience with being Shah Rukh Khan's wife and more, she also talked about the difficult times her family went through during the Aryan Khan drugs case.

Gauri revealed, "As a family, we have been through a lot. I mean, nothing can be worse than what we have been through – as a mother, as a parent. But today where we all stand as a family – I can say that we are in a great space where we feel loved by everyone. All our friends, and so many people whom we didn’t know – so many messages and so much of love. And I just feel blessed, I think today we feel blessed. And I would say I’m grateful to all the people who have helped us through this."

Gauri and Shah Rukh's eldest son, Aryan was kept in police custody for around a month after being arrested for several charges, including drug consumption, drug trafficking and others. But the 24-year-old was clear of all charges after battling for months when the NCB were unable to find enough evidence against him.
