IAS Anandhi returning to Raj
Jaipur: IAS officer Anandhi is coming back to Rajasthan due to premature repatriation. She went to LBSNAA Mussoorie on deputation for five years in Dec 2020 and was to return in 2025.
Anandi, an official of 2007- batch in Rajasthan cadre, has been promoted to the post of secretary in January 2023. The post of deputy director in Mussoorie, on which she was working, is junior to secretary and there is no secretary level post available for her.
After her return, important responsibilities can be assigned to Anandi, who has been collector in 5 districts. According to sources, she may be given the command of HCM (RIPA) as she possesses experience in this field.
On the other hand, 2005- batch IAS officer Aarushi Malik is also returning after one year study leave by June 15.
She can also be given secretary level duties. Similarly, 2003- batch IAS couple Rajan Vishal and Archana Singh is also returning from oneyear study leave abroad at the end of June.
The return of these four IAS officers will provide a lot of relief to DoP from the shortage of officers.
There is also good news for the state’s bureaucracy that Rajat Kumar Mishra, senior IAS officer has been empaneled as secretary in the center. Presently, he is working as Additional Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance.
