IAS officer Ravindra Pal Singh seeks VRS

Lucknow: IAS officer Ravindra Pal Singh, a 2015 batch Director at Hindi Institute and Special Secretary Language demanded VRS. Earlier, he was Special Secretary Home.

He will retire in 2035. IAS Singh’s wife, IAS Nidhi Srivastava, who is currently Special Secretary Infrastructure and Industries, has now become an IAS officer from PCS. As per sources, IAS Singh has mentioned personal reasons for this. He might agree and take back his VRS in the future because recently he has been promoted from PCS to IAS and technically, it is difficult to accept his VRS.
