After Bhool Bhulaiyaa, is Kartik Aaryan going to pull this famous film franchise from the pockets of Khiladi Kumar ?

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Kartik Aaryan is currently enjoying his career-high as he entered the 100-crore club with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Although many had doubted its success as it was going to release alongside Kangana Ranaut’s big-budgeted ‘Dhaakad’, BB2 left the action thriller far behind. The movie has been garnering a lot of love from the audience and Kartik especially gained a lot of praise for his excellent acting in the film.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is the sequel to the 2008 psychological thriller Bhool Bhulaiyaa which starred Akshay Kumar in the lead role. But the sequel chose to eliminate Akshay’s iconic character and replace it with a fresh and different face i.e., Kartik Aaryan. Now, there have been reports going around that the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor has stolen another role from the pockets of Khiladi Kumar. If the reports are true, Kartik will head the famous Housefull franchise, a series that was initially Akshay’s home ground.

The fourth part of the film, Housefull 4, which came out in 2019 had failed terribly at the box office. Now the makers have reportedly roped in Kartik Aaryan to be captain of this ship.

This news comes after the actor’s rising stardom is making all the noise. As he enjoyed the success bash of BB2, the actor is gearing up for his next ventures, the official remake of ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ costarring Kriti Sanon which is named ‘Shehzada’, Hansal Mehta’s directorial ‘Captain India’ and ‘Freddy’ with Alaya F.
