JAIPUR CHAUPATI, NOW IN KENYA; COURTESY RHB’S PAWAN ARORA!

Jaipur: RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora informed on Tuesday that a 9-member delegation led by Levene Nijina, Director, IT Dept of the Govt of Kenya, came to study working style of RHB along with plans & projects being run.

RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora apprised this team in detail about the achievements made by RHB in a short time while also informing team about plans and projects run by board and its working style.

The delegation of Govt of Kenya said that way RHB has been revived under the leadership of Commissioner Pawan Arora is a case study for them and asserted that in Kenya also, works will be done on the lines of the Board.

The delegation talked about the implementation of e-auction and e-bid submission scheme in Kenya and urged the Commissioner to visit Kenya to train them. Arora briefed the delegation in detail about the achievements made by the Board.

He said that more than 13,500 properties were disposed off by the Board in a transparent manner in a short span of three years through e-bid and e-auction process.

Commissioner said that in the e-auction by RHB, the Board sold 1,010 houses in just 35 working days, due to which the Board got a revenue of Rs 162 crore,” Arora informed the delegation.

Along with this, he gave detailed information about the ongoing major projects like Coaching Hub, City Park, Fountain Square, Vidhayak Awas Project, Constitution Club of Rajasthan, Jaipur Chaupatis and housing schemes.

After this the delegation visited the projects under construction in Jaipur. Interestingly, Commissioner Arora urged this delegation to visit Jaipur Chaupatis.
