Nayanthara and SRK to shoot family scenes in Mumbai

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Nayanthara got married earlier in June to the love of her life in a grand and beautiful ceremony. After she completed all the required rituals post-marriage, the actress returned to work as she landed in Mumbai yesterday for the shoot of ‘Jawan’. The much-awaited SRK-starrer will begin its Mumbai schedule which Pinkvilla had reported will be a long one. They are about to shoot some family sequences.

A source told Pinkvilla, “This is going to be a long schedule until mid-July. She (Nayanthara) took a small break after her wedding and as we all know; she will do everything in her ability to make things go as per the given schedule. She is here and fulfiling her work commitments.”

Chitrakoot grounds in Mumbai’s Andheri West have been booked for the shoot. A source from the sets told ETimes, “There are two sets constructed in Mumbai's Chitrakoot ground where SRK and Nayanthara are shooting the next schedule of Jawan. In this schedule, Atlee and his crew will shoot some sequences of SRK and his family.”

‘Jawan’ promises to be a massy action-thriller starring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara and Sanya Malhotra in lead roles. The film will be directed by South filmmaker Atlee whose last directorial ‘Bigil’ (2019) starring Vijay and Nayanthara was a huge success.
