RSMML DECLARES DIVIDEND OF ₹ 38.77 CR

Jaipur: Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Limited (RSMML) has declared a profit of Rs 38 crore 77 lakh for the financial year 2019- 20.

The 73rd annual general meeting of the company was held at the Government Secretariat here on Monday under the chairmanship of CS and Chairman, RSMML, Niranjan Arya. In the meeting, the accounts of the financial year 2019-20 were approved on behalf of the non-holders.

The company declared profits at 50% on the paidup share capital. This dividend will be deposited in the treasury. It will also be paid to other shareholders.

The accounts of the company were approved in the board meeting held on October 22. Om Kasera, Managing Director, RSMML said that the company was progressing.
