This ‘Kissa Kursi Ka’ drama began in 2018 in Raj: Poonia

Jaipur: BJP State President Dr Satish Poonia said that none of its leaders want to be Party’s National President & prefer to be a State CM or a regional leader. “This drama of ‘Kissa Kursi Ka’ started in Raj in 2018, when slogans for Gehlot and Sachin Pilot were raised. It then continued for portfolio allocation and then for rooms in Secretariat in Jaipur,” Poonia said adding that the people of the state suffered. “We will wait till 2023 and it is decided that Congress will depart from Raj forever.” Echoing similar sentiments, LoP Gulab Chand Kataria said that the two camps of the Congress were battling for power among themselves, due to which the people of the state had to bear the brunt. BJP leader Rajasthan Rajyavardhan Rathore, said, “It’s time to bring down curtains on this drama. The Congress government has no moral standing to continue in power.” Rajsamand MP Diya Kumari, in Ajmer, said, “There is no majority and now the President’s rule should be implemented in Rajasthan,” BJP spokesperson Ramlal Sharma related the crisis to the Shradh Paksha and said that no auspicious work is done during this time and the Congress went on to select the new CM. He said that the BJP wants the State Government to fulfill the issues and promises with which they came to power.
