Vijay Deverakonda’s sassy reply on making a comeback wins hearts: I did not go anywhere

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Vijay Deverakonda is one of the most beloved South stars who has a massive fan following across India. While everyone was eagerly waiting for his foray into Bollywood with the action entertainer, Liger, it came as a disappointing result. The film flopped terribly at the box office with several of its actors being criticised for poor performance. But Vijay was immensely praised for his portrayal of a stuttering MMA fighter. Addressing his failure during a recent interview, Vijay assured his fans that he has not lost confidence in himself.

During a fan event held on November 6, Sunday, Vijay revealed how many of his well-wishers ushered him to make a comeback. But he stated that he does not feel a comeback is necessary as he did not go anywhere in the first place. Vijay said many fans came to him saying, “Anna, you have to make a comeback”. He answered all his fans that he is right there and did not go anywhere. His answer received huge applause and cheers from his fans who admired the sassy reply from their favourite star.

Netizens too praised Vijay for his answer, calling him confident and optimistic. One fan wrote, “That is how he is and that is why we love him”. While another commented, “Even I want to have this much self-belief and confidence.”

Vijay Deverakonda shot to fame with the much-beloved Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial, Arjun Reddy. He will now be seen alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the film, Kushi.
