Water Week: Min Shekhawat meets Indian diaspora in US

Jodhpur: Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat is currently in the US for the World Bank Water Week conference. He met the Indian diaspora at the Embassy of India in Washington. Shekhawat said that there was a discussion on India’s global progress.

Shekhawat told the NRIs, “Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to fulfill the dream of a developed India with the help of every Indian. Everyone praised India’s progress and India’s growing influence in the world. Overseas Indians are cultural ambassadors of the country, who can better tell the world about the New India.”
