4,493 advocates vote for Raj HC Bar Association, results today

Jaipur: The voting for the elections of the Rajasthan High Bar Association was held on Friday. Out of 5259 registered voters, 4,493 advocates exercised their franchise. The counting of votes will take place at 11 am on Saturday, while results will be announced by afternoon. The voting took place from 8 am to 5 pm as per the guidelines of the Supreme Court. Notably, due to one-time-one vote, many members of the bar association did not file affidavits and the voting percentage remained low this time. Following the voting, the ballot boxes were sealed and kept under surveillance by CCTV cameras. The high court premises turned into an election ground as candidates were seen seeking support from the voters.
