BJP HOLDS MASSIVE PROTEST OVER CATTLE DEATH DUE TO LUMPY SPREAD

Jaipur: BJP workers, who were going to ‘gherao’ the assembly on Tuesday, clashed with the police on the issue of lumpy disease, unemployment and other matters before the state. The workers also broke the police barricading at Sahakar Marg in Jaipur. Meanwhile, BJP state president Satish Poonia, who climbed the barricading, was pushed by the policemen due to which he fell down on the road. At the same time, during the demonstration, the hand of former minister Arun Chaturvedi was fractured. A heavy police force was deployed to stop the BJP workers from moving forward. At 11 am, hundreds of party workers, led by Poonia, marched from the BJP office to gherao the assembly, but were stopped by the police at Sahakar Marg. At the same time, while addressing the gathering at the party office in the morning, Satish Poonia said that Shraddha Paksha is going on right now. “In 2023, the Congress party will have a permanent Shradh. Congress will be wiped out from India and Rajasthan.”
