CISF completes 23 yrs at Jaipur Airport

Jaipur: The deployment of CISF at Jaipur airport completed 23 years on Friday and the induction day was celebrated at Jaipur airport. On February 3, 2000, for the first time in the country, CISF was assigned security at Jaipur airport after the Kandahar plane hijacking. Since then, no untoward incident has happened at Jaipur airport in the last 23 years.

The Chief Guest of the program was Anand Kumar, Principal Secretary, Home Department. The program started with the hoisting of the flag.
