Complete pending works on time, expedite housing scheme works: Arora to AIS Residency Assn officers

Jaipur: RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora on Friday held a meeting with the office bearers of AIS Residency Residents’ Welfare Association and directed them to complete all pending works on time including expediting the works related to the housing scheme.

President of AIS Residency Residents’ Welfare Association & IAS Vishnu Charan Mallick, Treasurer and RAS Bachanesh Aggarwal, Member and IPS Sachin Mittal, Member and RAS Arvind Saraswat and Mahaveer and other officials were present in the meeting held at ‘Awas Bhawan.’

In the meeting, CCTV installation, Bisalpur water connection, installation of lift in all blocks, connection of sewer line, pump house and swimming pool, electricity work, installation of solar panels, EV charging station and beautification of the scheme were discussed.

Arora directed officers to get additional labourers engaged in all works related to the housing scheme. “Instructions were also given to impose penalty on vendors who were negligent in their work. “In the upcoming monsoon, tree plantation will also be done on a large scale under the scheme. Along with this, after completing the work of the scheme, the houses will be handed over to the officials as soon as possible,” Arora said.
