Jaipur: A fierce verbal spat broke out between Congress State president Govind Singh Dotasra and Leader of the Opposition Gulab Chand Kataria over the Lumpy skin disease during the Question Hour in the Legislative Assembly on Wednesday. The commotion took place after Leader of Opposition Gulab Chand Kataria’s statement in which he asked if the Central Government does not declare lumpy disease as a national calamity, then will the State Government not give compensation on lumpy disease. Responding to him, PCC chief Govind Singh Dotasra stood on his seat and started speaking loudly that why the Central Government will not declare lumpy a national calamity. “Why are you sitting here, tell the Central Government,” he said.
