Dhariwal, Rathore lock horns over MLA’s resignation row in Assembly
Jaipur: There has been an uproar in the Assembly on Wednesday over the mention of resignation by Congress MLAs on September 25 last year. There was a controversy when it was mentioned during the debate on the demands for grants of the LSG Department.
BJP MLA Gyanchand Parakh while praising UDH Minister Shanti Dhariwal described him as a powerful and sharp minister. He also said that Dhariwal has guts to show the eye to the high command. Speaker JP Chandelia got the comments made on the Congress High Command deleted from the proceedings of the House. The Opposition BJP protested over it.
Dy LoP Rathore said that what crime was done by calling a minister, a powerful. On this, Minister Shanti Dhariwal said, “You cannot discuss the work done by me here. What happened inside, you don’t know this. It is wrong. You are speaking wrong,” said Dhariwal. On this Rathore said, “I know everything. Don’t challenge me. I will meet you in the High Court. In this way, if we delete from the proceedings of the house, then what will we say here?,” he said.
Edu Min BD Kalla interrupted Parakh and said that he is repeatedly talking about Cong high command. “How did he speak about the high command? We are devotees of High Command. We accept what they say,” he said.
