FIGHTING LUMPY: CS FORMS DIST COMMITTEES FOR NECESSARY STEPS

Jaipur: For the prevention of lumpy, the govt has constituted committees in the districts to provide timely treatment to sick animals, prevent infection and burial of dead animals. In this committee, Zilla Parishad CEO, dist treasury officer, animal husbandry officer, urban body officer will be members. The committees will submit its report directly to the CS Usha Sharma. The committee will ensure the essential medicines, burial of dead animals in the ground, scientific method of disposal at the district level. Apart from this, the committee will also do necessary publicity work at the urban and gram panchayat level to remove the misconceptions.
