Gehlot demands coal from C’garh, Baghel seeks land for coaching hostel in Kota
Raipur/Jaipur: Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot and his Chhattisgarh counterpart Bhupesh Baghel mutually raised the demands of coal and land for coaching hostel in Kota on Friday. The duo met during the 85th Congress plenary session that kicked off on Friday in Raipur.
Gehlot is learnt to have has discussed the issue of Parsa-Kanta coal block with Baghel. Gehlot tweeted, “Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel welcomed on reaching (Raipur) to attend the steering committee meeting with senior Congress leaders.”
Baghel demanded land in Kota for a hotel for students from Chhattisgarh. “Many of our children go for coaching in Kota, Rajasthan. I have written a letter to the CM of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot saying that our government wants to build a hostel in Kota, for this give us a free plot which is not far from the coaching institutes,” he tweeted.
