Jaipur airport gets 50 new outlets & automated parking

Jaipur: After Adani group took over the operations, Jaipur international airport is going to witness improvement in facilities and new changes including shifting of international flights and automated parking in the year 2022.

International flights will be shifted to Terminal- 1, about 50 new outlets will open in the airport building and automation will be implemented in the parking lot during the next few months.

Several changes will be made by the Adani Group by using new technology which will create new experiences for the passengers.

The handing over of operations was completed in 2021 and now the airport is being operated by the Adani Group. Within two and a half months of assuming the operation, the Group has made many changes in the airport building to facilitate passengers.

The new departure hall of the airport has been handed over to IndiGo airline. In 2022, arrangements will be made to accommodate more passengers by expanding security hold area on the first floor.

Vishnu Mohan Jha, Chief Airport Officer, Jaipur Airport said that the focus will be on increasing facilities for passengers, easing the process of departure & entertainment facilities.
