Muslim leaders oppose Hanuman Chalisa performed at AAP HQ

Jaipur: Working on its agenda to expand its base in Raj ahead of 2023-assembly elections, AAP on Thursday inaugurated its state office with a soft Hindutva card.

State office has been open even before appointment of the state president. Office was inaugurated as per Hindu rituals and with Hanuman pooja, which was opposed by Muslim leaders of the party.

Film actor Jojo, comedian Khyali, Shyam Rangeela, former district judge P S Tomar, retired IPS officer Dilip Singh Jakhar and others joined the party.

Election in-charge Vinay Mishra has set a target to have party’s presence in every assembly constituency.
