PM MODI, LS SPEAKER BIRLA SHOULD SPEAK & INVITE PREZ FOR INAUGURATION: GEHLOT

Jaipur: CM Ashok Gehlot again reiterated his stand that the new Parliament building should be inaugurated by the President of India, being the constitutional head of the country.

“They have not announced the inauguration of the new building with dignity. The President should be called at the time of inauguration. It’s not late yet. PM and Lok Sabha Speaker should speak to each other and invite the President for the inauguration of the new Parliament building,” Gehlot told the media here on Wednesday.

The building is scheduled to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on May 28.
Meanwhile, the CM said that they have worked hard for the public in the education, health and other sectors.
