Poonia opens front on Cong, targets Vadra

Jaipur: BJP State President Satish Poonia, on Thursday, lashed out at the entire Congress and said that Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra, who is no less than a mafia, grabbed the land of the farmers of Rajasthan. It is unfortunate that the Chief Minister and the Congress government have tried to cover it up, he said.

Poonia has said that the Congress party got a chance to rule the country for a very long time. “The public recognized the Congress party’s rule of 55 years in 2014 and that was the reason why on issues of policy, anarchy, casteism, communalism, the people of India rejected the Congress.

When asked why former CM Vasundhara Raje has not addressed the Jan Aakrosh Yatra, he said that she has her own busy schedule and family responsibilities and because of these she has not been able to attend meetings. “But the party is fully united. We are not like Congress. In our party, there is no need to resign, or to make a statement or badabandi,” he said.
