Progress of PMAY-U reviewed with State govt officials

Jaipur: The Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs reviewed the progress of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban in Rajasthan with the state government officials here on Monday.

Officer Kuldeep Narayan instructed the state government officers to complete the set target on time. He took information about the problems being faced in the implementation of the scheme. At the same time, he expressed satisfaction on seeing the progress report of the scheme in Rajasthan.

The joint secretary said that the central government is ready to cooperate in the project in every way but people’s dream of their own house should be fulfilled. Dr. Jogaram, Secretary of the Local Self Government department of Rajasthan informed him about the progress report of the scheme and said that according to the new guidelines, the scheme will be taken forward.

Project director Pradeep Kumar Garg presented the details of works done so far.
