Raj police taking stern action against criminals

Jaipur: The Rajasthan Police is now answering the criminals in their own language and handling them with a stern hand. In December last year, CM Ashok Gehlot had a meeting of police officers at the police headquarters given instructions to work with the policy of zero tolerance to catch and deal with criminals in the state.

Now Rajasthan Police under the leadership of DGP Umesh Mishra is on the front foot these days and seems to be united even for quick arrests. There was a time when criminals used to go underground comfortably after committing big crimes in Rajasthan and it took a long time for Rajasthan Police to find them, but now the image of the police is changing.

According to sources, DGP Umesh Mishra has given a free hand to all Superintendents of Police and Range IGs to arrest and deal with criminals.
