RHB bags award for registering max projects under RERA

Jaipur: Wednesday was a historic day for the Rajasthan Housing Board as Central Government agency National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) credited the 15th award to RHB. In a national level function, National President of the council Rajan Bandelkar and Chairman RERA Delhi and senior IAS Anand Kumar honoured Rajasthan Housing Board Commissioner Pawan Arora.

Rajasthan Housing Board was awarded this important honour for registering maximum number of housing projects in RERA in the country, for selling maximum number of houses and for doing excellent work in the field of real estate. The award was to be given to Board by the Union Housing Minister Hardeep Puri, but he could not attend the program due to the Prime Minister’s review meeting.

Earlier in the function, the RHB Commissioner was specially invited for a panel discussion on the topic ‘Real Estate in the Era of RERA’. The Housing Commissioner was also honored on this platform.

RERA Delhi Chairman Anand Kumar said that RERA registration not only increases the confidence of the customers but also clears many doubts. He said that it is a big achievement by the Rajasthan Housing Board to register maximum number of projects in the country under RERA.
