RTDC declares hotel stay benefits

Jaipur: The Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation finally announced relaxation in 12 categories on stay in corporation’s hotels across the state.

There will be 50% discount to Bharat Ratna, Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, Padma Shri, Gallantry Award, Param Vir Chakra, Mahavir Chakra, Vir Chakra, Ashok Chakra, Kirti Chakra and Shaurya Chakra winners. The exemption period will be valid from 1 April to 31 March next year.

50% discount for National Sports Promotion Award winners of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Trophy, Arjuna Award, Dronacharya Award, Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award, and Dhyan Chand Award will also be applicable.

Recently, RTDC Chairman Dharmendra Rathore had announced the exemption.
The exemption will also apply to State government employees, central government employees, state employees of all states, students and youth appearing for competitive exams, and accredited journalists.
