Alluring Ayushi: An UNSUNG HERO
Tell us something about yourself. My name is Ayushi Banasia and I am from Ajmer. I am currently staying in Jaipur. I always look for different opportunities to do better in my life. I recently donated my liver to my father and felt satisfied. I have been an athlete and a national basketball player.
Throw some light on essential skills required for the modelling world. Modelling requires passion as it is not entirely about looks. It is also a craft that has to be practised and developed with consistent efforts. However, visual appearance matters when in front of the camera. A confident and determined personality is required for this highly competitive field.
Any advice you would give to your future self? Yes, I would surely give myself one piece of advice about being consistent in this profession. I would ask myself to go relentlessly after my aims and ambitions. I believe that these goals are the expressions of my true personality.
What inspired you to become a model? I always knew that I was capable of becoming a successful model. I have all the traits that are needed to become a supermodel. However, I am very well aware of the fact that it is a very demanding and competitive profession but life is nothing without challenges.
What was the biggest mistake you made when you just started? I made a big mistake when I started. I was not well trained and went for an audition which embarrassed me. I could not even walk properly on the ramp at that time. So, you should prepare well for anything that you pursue.
What has been the most memorable or rewarding moment in your career? Every time I walk the ramp becomes a memorable moment for me. It gives me a lot of confidence and positivity. I feel the best reward is when you are confident while doing your job.
