There should be excitement till the end of the film” Seerat shared, “During the Narration I realised the characters are written very promptly, and it has multiple layers to each one, to love the characters is completely dependent on the audience now. Even though it looks easy, the depth the characters require is quite commendable“ Tusshar who plays the cop role for the second time shared, “During Khakee I was very new to everyone and everything. I was the junior actor on the set. But the character was very challenging as it’s very real and it’s out of my comfort zone.” Seerat added, “Indeed. He has maintained the style of a cop, he’s honest and the message that he puts across the heroism comes from there” Speaking on doing a greyshade character Tusshar shared, “It all depends on how you approach a character. If you take your character seriously it’s always challenging as you want to make it look real. To play a serious character is what I like the most because it requires a lot of effort. I have done many comedy films and hence audiences have started to perceive my characters the same way” In the meantime, Tusshar Kapoor will be making his big-screen acting comeback with Maarich after a fouryear absence. Also, this is Kapoor’s second film as a producer is Maarich, following the horror comedy Laxmii, starring Akshay Kumar, which had its world premiere only on Disney Plus Hotstar.
