Passion is crucial when it comes to attaining your dreams. When you find your passion and link it with whatever you’re doing, you’ll experience a beautiful synergy that will effortlessly propel you to new heights. This is also true in the fashion industry. City First had a conversation with the model, Vioma Sharma about her journey.

When asked about herself, the diva said, “I am a 22-year-old model and an aspiring actor and am born and brought up in Delhi. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s in technology from IP university. I’ve also had training in classical music and classical dance, which has aided in the development of my personality.”

The aspiring actress, speaking about her journey said, “My career in this industry began only after lockdown when I had the opportunity to reflect on myself and figure out what I wanted to accomplish with my life. Before that, I had never considered following my passion.”

No matter how successful, everyone has to face their own battles. Talking about her battles, the diva said “I had, and continue to have, a few roadblocks on my path, one of which is a lack of support. But it wasn’t until I made my own decisions that I realised how little else mattered when you know what makes you happy.”

Achievements are something that comes from hard work and patience, just as her accomplishments came. “In terms of my accomplishments, I was a finalist in the Navbharat Times’ NBT Femina pageant, which was judged by Taapsee Pannu herself. I also had the opportunity to be represented by my dream modelling agency, and I’m continuing to improve myself and create new moments.”

Speaking about her future plans, the model said, ‘I can never be sure of what life would have to offer me but if asked, I’d say I would want to see myself hustling and working hard with the same energy. I think, achieving my goals, bettering myself and not losing my peace of mind is how I would envision my life to be 5 years from now.”
