Beginner Full Body Workout Without Weights n 20 Body weight squats. n 10 Push-ups. n 10 Alternating forward lunges (10 reps per leg) n 10 Inverted rows. n 30 Jumping jacks. n Plank (as long as possible)you can start with these. n Since there’s a 4th wave indication, how can one stay fit at home? z While you may be avoiding your gym during the pandemic, daily exercise promotes better physical and mental health by improving circulation, elevating endorphins, boosting the immune system and reducing stress. n ESTABLISH A ROUTINE: Schedule a block of time for your daily workout, and dedicate a space in your home for exercise.
