200 warrantees held by Jodhpur police in Operation Arunodaya

Jodhpur: To arrest the permanent warranties in the city, on Saturday morning, the police arrested about two hundred warranties by running Operation Arunodaya. Police Commissioner Ravidutt Gaur said that for this operation, a total of 76 teams were formed in East and West districts. These teams started raiding the places of warranties at 4 am in the morning. A total of 1000 houses were raided. During this, Rs 18 lakh was recovered from the house of Ghevarram Vishnoi, an accused in an NDPS case. A total of 200 people have been arrested including 74 permanent warranties, they will be presented together in court. The police teams raided 600 places in the western region, said an official.

As per the police, this operation was conducted on the instructions of the police headquarters to arrest permanent warranties in the district. Under this, various teams were sent to 600 places. During this, 46 permanent warranties, absconding for a long time were arrested.
