ACB nabs JEN, lineman with Rs 60,000 bribe

Dausa: The ACB arrested Jagdish Meena, Junior Engineer and lineman Harimohan Meena of Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Mandawar on Sunday for taking a bribe of Rs 60,000 from complainant. DG of Anti-Corruption Bureau BL Soni said that the complaint was registered in the Dausa unit, where the complainant said that in lieu of exchange of agricultural electricity connections, Jagdish Meena and Lineman Harimohan Meena demanded the bribe. Under the supervision of Deputy Inspector General of Police, ACB Jaipur, Vishnukant and ASP, ACB Dausa Unit, Mahendra K Sharma, accused were nabbed. Their residence and other places are being searched & case will be registered under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
