ACB nabs SE red-handed with Rs 6L bribe in Alwar

Alwar: The Alwar AntiCorruption Bureau team arrested Rameshwar Singh Jatav, posted as Quality Control Superintendent Engineer in PWD Department, red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 6 lakh on Wednesday. Even before this, Rameshwar Singh had once taken a bribe of Rs 2.5 lakh and once Rs 1.5 lakh from the contact.

The ACB received a complaint against SE Rameshwar Singh Jatav, posted in the Quality Control Department of the PWD Department, demanding a bribe of Rs 6 lakhs. On this the ACB got the matter verified. The complaint was found correct. ACB officials sent the contractor to Rameshwar Singh by giving Rs 6 lakh, which the contractor gave to the accused. Immediately after this the ACB team held Rameshwar Singh red handed.
