Dacoit Keshav’s brother Mukesh hiding in guise of a sadhu held

Dholpur: The Dholpur Police on Sunday nabbed the brother of dacoit Keshav Gurjar, Mukesh Gurjar (48), who was hiding in Koli Wali Mata temple disguising himself as a sadhu. Police informed the accused is a notorious criminal and a reward of Rs 5,000 was announced on his arrest.

“Based on specific inputs, a special team was formed under the supervision of Bari Circle Officer Manish Kumar. The team also included SHO Yashpal Singh, Head constables Mohan Singh, and constables Satyendra and Manoj. The police team reached Koli Wali Mata temple in Moti Kotra village and saw a man looking like a sadhu. As soon as the police reached near, Mukesh Gurjar tried to escape.

However, he was held by the police team and taken to Sona Ka Gurja Police Station. The accused was then handed over to Badi Sadar Police Station,” police said. “Mukesh Gurjar was wanted in a case involving kidnapping and serious assault registered in Bari Police Station,” police added.
