Dr CP Joshi, Diya Kumari lauds efforts of Maharana Pratap

Rajsamand: A huge public meeting and vehicle rally was held in Kumbhalgarh town of Rajsamand district on Thursday on the occasion of 482nd birth anniversary of Maharana Pratap of Mewar. This was the first time that a grand event was held in Kumbhalgarh, the birth place of Pratap, under the banner of Maharana Pratap Birth Jayanti Samaroh Samiti.

Rajsamand MP Diya Kumari said that the message of self-respect, sacrifice and patriotism given by Maharana Pratap in his life is being assimilated by the whole world today. The tourism department and governments should work prominently to make Maharana Pratap’s biography accessible to the general public.
